Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable data solutions within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem. You will collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to build data pipelines, models and governance processes that enable trusted insights.

The role covers batch, streaming and unstructured data, with a focus on scalable architectures, real-time enrichment and secure data handling. On-site in London, with a mix of agile delivery and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• :Palantir Foundry and Gotham experience required.
• Designing and deploying Palantir Foundry-based data pipelines.
• Experience with data modelling, ontology design and database optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Defence or secure-sector background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Building and optimising ETL/data pipelines within Palantir Foundry
• Ingesting, transforming and enriching batch, streaming and unstructured data
• Developing data models and Foundry Ontologies
• Designing scalable Palantir architectures
• Implementing data governance, metadata and lineage processes
• Developing user-facing apps with Python/TypeScript
• Troubleshooting pipelines for performance and reliability
• Maintaining Palantir Gotham workflows
• Collaborating in Agile teams across the SDLC/CI-CD
