Job summary

Coastline Housing in Cornwall is looking for three Painting and Repairs Operatives to join its Services team. You will carry out refurbishment work across Coastline properties, performing painting and decorating maintenance and using trade equipment.

Applicants should have a good knowledge of building maintenance, experience at height, and be able to work with the public in a team. A full driving licence and a satisfactory DBS check are required; the company supports gender balance and welcomes

About the job

We are looking for three Painting and Repairs Operatives to join Coastline's Services team. In this role, you'll carry out all aspects of refurbishment work associated with painting and decorating maintenance across Coastline properties throughout Cornwall.We're looking for someone with a good general knowledge of building maintenance, experience in the use of trade equipment, and experience of working at height. They should be confident and experienced in working with the public, as part of a team, and able to use their initiative when working independently.The ability to work to specified timeframes while maintaining a consistently high standard of work is essential to this role. Previous painting and decorating experience would be advantageous.This role also requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check.Females are currently under-represented in some of our Service Repairs teams and we are committed to improving gender balance across the organisation.
