Job summary

Stridden Limited are recruiting a skilled Painter / Multi Trader on a Temp to Perm basis for projects within approximately one hour of Burton Latimer. The role covers internal and external decorating, surface prep, finishing and multi-trade maintenance, including insurance reinstatement work.

Ideal candidates have a Blue CSCS Card, proven painting/decorating experience, own transport and the ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Blue CSCS Card - Essential.
• Proven experience as a Painter / Multi Trader.
• Strong painting and decorating experience.
• Ability to carry out general multi-trade works.
• Previous experience on renovation and insurance reinstatement projects preferred.
• Own transport - Essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Internal and external painting & decorating.
• Preparing surfaces, filling, sanding and making good.
• Emulsion, gloss and woodwork finishing.
• Carrying out snagging and finishing works.
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance.
• Working on renovation and refurbishment projects.
• Completing insurance repair and reinstatement works.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Liaising professionally with site teams and customers.
