Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer for a long‑term role within a busy engineering environment in Richmond. You will work on protective coatings for structural steel and heavy fabrication, performing surface preparation, priming and finishing to high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting or spray painting experience.
• Experience working with structural steel or heavy fabricated components preferred.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and protective coatings.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes - essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Preparing structural steel surfaces for painting, including cleaning and blasting.
• Applying industrial primers, paints and protective coatings.
• Operating spray guns and associated painting equipment.
• Mixing paints and coatings to specification.

If you are an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer with experience working with Structural Steel, we'd like to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in industrial spray painting, protective coatings or heavy structural steel looking for long-term work within a busy engineering environment.
