Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited requires a Painter & Decorator for NHS work based in Middlesex. The role offers £18–£20 per hour ltd, 37.5 hours per week, and a 3-month ongoing contract.

Location is Middlesex with a standard DBS, full clean driving licence and relevant painting qualifications. Immediate start preferred; duties include routine and non-routine painting, repairs and maintenance, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• National Certificate City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 with relevant post experience.
• Standard DBS required.
• Recognised painting qualification or approved training scheme plus relevant experience.
• Full clean Manual Driving Licence.
• DBS cleared.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and non-routine work activities.
• Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance to building fabric, equipment and services.
• Complete reactive work requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets.
• Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulation.

Morgan Hunt currently requires a Painter & Decorator for NHS based in Middlesex

Pay Rate: £18ph to 20ph Ltd

Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm Fri

Location: Middlesex

Duration 3 months on going contract

Suitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be provided

Role details:

Details of assignment:

Carry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine.

Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to building fabric, equipment and services.

Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.

Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulation

Some experience in building works e.g. painting and decorating

Qualification required:

National Certificate City & Guilds or equal NVQ Level 2 with relevant post experience

The post requires a Standard DBS

Working days and hours: Mondays - Thursday 8am to 4.30pm; Friday 8am - 4p
