A Painter & Decorator Multi is required, working for local social housing. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities for a Painter and Decorator will include:

• Painting to a high standard
• Dealing with Tenants
• Making sure work is done to professional a standard
• Wallpapering to a high standard
• Patching walls

Requirements for the role:

• Painting and Decorating experience
• Must have social housing experience
• A full UK driving license
