Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Painter & Decorator to join our Repairs team in Redhill. The role delivers high-quality repairs across our properties and ensures residents have a positive experience on every visit.

You will prepare surfaces for decoration on internal and external environments, communicate clearly with residents, work safely under health and safety regulations, and use mobile tech to manage jobs and record work. The position is field-based and permanent.

Qualifications

• Preparing surfaces for decoration across both internal and external environments, including working on new and existing surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Delivering a great customer experience by communicating clearly with residents and keeping them informed throughout the job
• Always working safely and in line with health and safety regulations
• Using mobile technology to manage jobs, record work completed, and maintain accurate records
• Assessing repair requirements through property inspections, including identifying issues such as damp and mould and selecting the most effective solution to resolve them and minimise follow-up visits.
