Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Painter to work in the Bristol area. This is a temp ongoing contract with hours 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, paying £19 per hour PAYE. A van and fuel card will be provided.

You will interpret instructions, drawings and specifications, set up new work, and maintain a safe, tidy workshop environment. Some tasks may require working at height on scaffolding or MEWPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting trades and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment relevant to painting tasks without supervision.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
• Capable of working at height on scaffolding or MEWPs when required.
• Proactive with routine maintenance and reporting defects to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• To carry out unsupervised maintenance and repairs and report any defects or unusual circumstances to the Charge Hand or Building Manager.
