Experienced Painter & Decorator Wanted

Location: Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire (and occasional work further afield)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable painter & decorator to join our small, friendly team at David Green Decorating Ltd. We work across a range of residential and commercial properties, always aiming for the highest standard of finish in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A friendly and respectful manner – you’ll be working in people’s homes and businesses, so helping clients feel comfortable around you is key
• Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
• Strong attention to detail – we take pride in high-quality work. If you're still building experience, that’s okay; we’ll set clear expectations and support you
• A team player who can work well with others
• Willingness to learn and take feedback onboard
• Full UK driving licence is essential
