Painter

Mission: Perform the hotel’s assigned corrective tasks.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to painting and waterproofing of the hotel or business unit facilities.
  2. Inform their line manager of the necessary material to carry out the tasks under their specialty.
  3. Coordination of tasks with other departments in the maintenance field.
  4. Ensure the customer's experience and personalize their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  5. Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge. Escalate the incident to the person in charge if a solution cannot be found.
  6. Support their manager with the Sensory Architecture established for their areas.
  7. Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment program, experiences and events.
  8. Be knowledgeable of the methods, work procedures and risks inherent to their activity.

What we are looking for?

  • Technical training would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Skills in broad brush painting, trimming and spray painting.
  • Knowledge in handling paint materials.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations on construction sites.
  • Teamwork and high degree of responsibility.
  • The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.

Holidays: 28 days’ holiday including 8 public holidays.
