Job summary

Emco Talent is seeking experienced painters to join a busy housing repairs and maintenance team in Glasgow. 37 hours per week with typical shifts Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30 and Fri 8:00-13:30.

A company van and fuel card are provided, supporting work across domestic properties. The role involves a mix of planned and reactive painting and decorating, including internal/external painting, wall/ceiling prep, emulsion and gloss work, filling and making good, repairs, and insurance-related repair works.

Qualifications

• Experience as painter/decorator in housing repairs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Painters Wanted - Housing Repairs & Maintenance

We're currently looking for experienced Painters to join a busy housing repairs and maintenance team.

37 hours per week

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Friday: 8:00am-1:30pm

Company Van & Fuel Card provided

The role will involve working across domestic properties carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive painting and decorating works, including:

• Internal & external painting
• Preparation of walls, ceilings and woodwork
• Emulsion and gloss work
• Filling, sanding and making good
• Repairs and remedial works
• Working across occupied and void properties
• Insurance-related repair works

We're looking for experienced painters/decorators who can work independently, deal professionally with tenants and customers, and complete work to a high standard.
