Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator for a long-term refurbishment project in Bradford. You will join a live social housing program, handling kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied properties.

You will prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure finishes meet strict quality standards while maintaining safety and professionalism on site. Immediate start and potential for continuation beyond seven months.

Qualifikationen

• Valid CSCS Card is required.
• NVQ in Painting & Decorating is required.
• Experience in social housing refurbishment or occupied properties is preferred.
• Own tools and PPE must be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Are you an experienced Painter & Decorator looking for long-term work? We have an immediate opportunity for a skilled painter to join a refurbishment programme within a live social housing environment in Bradford.

You’ll be working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects, carrying out all aspects of preparation and painting while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism in occupied properties.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding and priming
• Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork and finishing surfaces
• Protecting fixtures, fittings and residents' belongings
• Working safely within occupied social housing properties
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Delivering quality finishes to programme deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Relevant Painting & Decorating NVQ qualification
• Previous experience within social housing, refurbishment or occupied properties
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
