Main Duties

• Prepping walls
• Removing small amounts of wallpaper in the odd property
• Glossing
• Emulsioning ceilings & walls
• Liaising with tenants

Hours

• Mon-Fri, 8AM- 4:00PM (30-min break)
• 37.5 hours/week
• Long term work
• Street Parking

Must Have

• Valid CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
• Be wiling to have a Facefit test on your first day - Must be clean shaven
• Own tools
• Own transport
