Job summary

Think Recruitment seeks a Painter to work for a South Birmingham council, performing painting in council properties to a high standard. You will operate in void properties and may paper when requested, with occasional work in tenanted homes.

The role runs 8:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, on a 3-month contract. A City and Guilds/NVQ in painting and decorating and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating.
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Job description

I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local South Birmingham based council.

• 3 months worth of work
