Job summary

Resource Management Solutions is seeking a Paint Technician to join a fast-paced workshop. You will perform paint repairs and touch-ups to meet high-quality standards, following manufacturer guidelines and using SMART techniques.

Key requirements include 2+ years as a vehicle paint sprayer, a relevant paint spraying qualification, and a valid license with clean penalty points. The role is based in Corby with Monday–Friday shifts, 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm, at £22 per hour with overtime at higher rates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a vehicle paint sprayer.
• Must hold a relevant qualification to paint spraying.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Perform paint repairs and touch-ups to a high standard.
• Follow manufacturer standards for paintwork and finishes.
• Apply water/solvent-based finishing materials as required.
• Carry out masking, sanding, and colour-matching to specification.
• Maintain workshop tools and ensure health & safety compliance.

RMS have a new opportunity available to join a state-of-the-art workshop. Due to rapid growth we are looking for Paint Technician skilled people to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional vehicle paint repairs, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.

• Location: Corby
• Position: Paint Technician
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, weekly shift rotation 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
• Salary: £22.00/Hour Overtime and Unsociable hours at an increased rate.

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You’ll work under the Workshop Shift Manager, performing minor paint repairs using SMART techniques to ensure vehicles meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

About you:
