Job description

Job Title: ATA Paint Sprayer

Our client is seeking an experienced ATA Paint Sprayer to join their team.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday mornings as needed: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare vehicles for spraying.
  2. Mix paint to ensure a perfect match.
  3. Spray paint on vehicles.
  4. Perform quality checks upon completion to ensure there are no defects.
Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
  • Ability to handle all vehicles with care, maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Awareness of and adherence to housekeeping and health & safety regulations.
Experience and Qualifications:

Applicants should have:

  • Proven experience in water-based paint spraying, producing high-quality finishes.
  • Experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician with a stable employment history.
  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and high standards of work.
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
  • ATA qualification (essential).
  • NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3.
  • Experience in a body shop or accident repair environment.
