Paint Sprayer required in Peterborough

Our client, a Prestige organisation in Peterborough, is looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. This client is seeking someone enthusiastic, hardworking, and professional. They are a fantastic company to work for, as they focus on training and promoting internally and treat their staff as individuals rather than just numbers.

Job Details

• Basic Salary DOE - 47K OTE
• Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
• Opportunity to join an established business
• Work for a successful independent garage/bodyshop

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is essential. The client is not looking for specific qualifications but values ability and enthusiasm. Experience with Water Based Paints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preparation, painting, and polishing of vehicles to a correct and safe standard
• Accurately record hours worked, materials used, and work completed on each vehicle
• Prepare and refinish vehicle body surfaces and alloy wheels
• Communicate politely and effectively with colleagues

Benefits

• Negotiable base salary DOE
• Excellent bonus potential, £47K - £50K
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
