Paint Sprayer

Location: Morecambe
Pay: Up to £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shifts (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm)

We are looking for an Paint Sprayer to join our busy manufacturing team in Morecambe. If you have a strong background in spray painting and are looking to join a well-established company with a great team culture, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Paint Sprayer:

• Carrying out high-quality spray painting on various components to meet production standards

• Preparing surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming

• Operating spray booths and using a range of paint types and finishes

• Working to production schedules and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a paint sprayer (industrial, automotive, or similar)

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality

• Familiarity with spray equipment, masking techniques, and health & safety protocols

• A reliable and hands-on team player

The Details:

• Day shifts, Monday to Friday (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm – may rotate or fix depending on preference)

• Pay up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience
