Responsibilities

• Polish and finish painted panels to meet exacting specifications.

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with health & safety regulations.
• Assist with stripping, fitting, or panel work as required.

Duties

• Preparing vehicles for painting, including filler work and other prep activities

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting with additional tasks such as stripping, fitting, or panel work when required

Requirements for the Paint Sprayer / Prepper position

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Painter, or similar role
• Skilled in filler work and paint application processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Self‑motivated with flexible approach to working hours
• Previous experience within fleet repair environments is highly desirable
