Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bromley is seeking an experienced Panel Beater / Paint Sprayer to join a busy fleet bodyshop. The role combines panel beating and spray painting, with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency and safety standards.

You will typically work Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) with optional Saturday hours, at a competitive daily rate of £180–£200. Overtime is available at enhanced rates, and there are opportunities for continuous development within a well‑established workshop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Paint Sprayer.
• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing repairs as a qualified Panel Beater, ensuring high-quality finish and customer satisfaction.
• Performing spray painting duties as a skilled Paint Sprayer, meeting precise client specifications.

• Adhering to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
