Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our operational team at a local paint facility in Bristol. This is a full-time position working on vehicle paint spraying within a specialised team supporting a wider repair facility.

Salary and Contract

Salary: Base Rate £22/hour (Ltd), 40-hour workweek, days only (Monday to Friday).
Potential for overtime (rates vary depending on shifts).
Role Type: Rolling Contract, 18 months+

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and spray paint on vehicle exteriors and interiors, as well as associated components, following established product methods and procedures.
2. Organise and maintain the workspace to improve efficiency and product quality.
3. Ensure safe working conditions in compliance with Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, and customer/supplier guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in high-quality paint spraying, preferably within an automotive background, but candidates from other vehicle or aviation sectors will also be considered.
• Experience with water-based paints is desirable.
• Experience working on larger vehicles or complex projects, such as HGV or specialist vehicle livery, is highly advantageous.
