Job summary

Jark PLC is assisting a client in Shafton to recruit four skilled Industrial Spray Painters to join their coatings team.

You will operate airless, air-assisted and conventional spray equipment, mix two-pack paints including epoxy primers, and ensure coatings meet C3–C5 protection and quality standards.

Attention to health and safety and accurate interpretation of specifications are essential, with good teamwork and reliability required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
• Experience using airless, air-assisted, and conventional spray systems.
• Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
• Ability to apply coatings in C3 to C5 environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply industrial coatings to surfaces requiring up to C3 to C5 protection.
• Operate airless, air-assisted airless, and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
• Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers, ensuring durability and adhesion.
• Conduct surface preparation, masking, and finishing techniques.
• Inspect coatings for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety regulations.
