Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking a Paint Sprayer for a busy manufacturing site in Banbury. This temporary, short-term role runs for approximately 6 weeks to cover sickness, with a pay rate of £14.80 per hour. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The successful candidate will have prior industrial painting experience, spray components to a high-quality finish, and be comfortable working to production timelines while following health and safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing company in Banbury. The company manufactures parts for the construction industry, and this role will involve spraying selected components to a high-quality finish.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:

• Spraying a range of manufactured components to a high standard
• Preparing parts for painting and ensuring surfaces are suitable
• Applying paint evenly and accurately
• Checking finished parts for quality and consistency
• Following correct painting and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Working to required quality standards and production timescales

Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous industrial or manufacturing paint spraying experience
• Be confident spraying components to a consistent, high standard
• Have good attention to detail
• Take pride in producing quality work
• Be reliable and punctual

Additional Information
