Initially, this will be a practical, hands‑on role, with regular involvement in painting, troubleshooting and maintaining standards. As production increases, your responsibilities will develop to include building, training and leading a larger team.
Working closely with production, quality and senior management, you’ll help establish effective processes and have the confidence to challenge or stop work where safety or quality requirements are not being met.
