Job summary

RMS Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Vehicle Prepper for our Killingholme workshop. You will prep vehicles for paint finishes, including masking, sanding, priming, buffing and polishing, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with Monday to Friday hours 7:30am–4:30pm, paying £19.87 per hour with weekly pay. Requirements include a valid license with <6 points and no DR10 offenses, plus previous vehicle prepping experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle prep and paint prep.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• No DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.

Due to rapid growth we are looking for 10+ skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service prepping our vehicles for paint, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.

Location: Killingholme

Position: Vehicle Prepper

Contract: 3 Months Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Working hours between 7.30am-4.30pm

Salary: £19.87p/h, weekly pay.

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing the vehicles ready for the Paint Refinishers and Panel Beaters:

About you?

• To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
• Previous Vehicle Prepping experience is required.
• Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
