Job summary

RIS is seeking a Paint Operative to join a world-class manufacturing environment in Desford. You will operate a fast-paced paint plant, handling jigging, loading, masking and unloading while using digital systems to verify quality and manage production flow.

• Safely operate industrial cranes after training.
• Follow standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain output standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
