Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a manufacturing operative to join our production team. You will kit raw materials, load and deliver paint to filling lines, mix coatings, and perform quality checks while adhering to safety and procedures.

Candidates should demonstrate strong numerical skills, teamwork, and initiative. Forklift licence is desirable; training can be provided. Rate of pay depends on experience and shift pattern.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to complete tasks independently.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining productivity and quality standards at all times.

Previous experience essential
