Job summary

Benjamin Moore UK is seeking a hardworking Warehouse Assistant and Paint Mixing Machine Operative to join our busy warehouse at Slough Trading Estate. You will prepare, pack, and dispatch orders for our network of stockists, painters, and designers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a positive attitude, experience in a warehouse environment, and the ability to work as part of a team to meet daily targets. Fork lift experience is advantageous; GCSEs preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• An ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Fork lift experience advantageous but not essential.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling up to 30kg.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in Trade or Paint-related sales advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely off-load, receive, check, and unpack inbound deliveries.
• Manage stock movements and monitor inventory levels.

We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will help us to deliver the highest levels of operational effectiveness to our stockist, professional painter, interior designer and homeowner customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operational effectiveness and excellent performance in a warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Assistant and Paint Mixing Machine Operative, you will support the Warehouse team by preparing, packing, and dispatching orders received through our e-commerce platform, as well as fulfilling bulk orders for our network of over 200 Authorized Stockists.
