Job summary

MTrec Recruitment is seeking an experienced Paint Manufacturer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role includes kitting raw materials, loading materials, mixing paints, and ensuring quality through testing and procedures.

Ideal candidates will have prior paint manufacturing experience, strong numerical skills, and an FLT licence, with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Previous paint manufacturing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Kitting of raw materials.
Passing off paint via different test methods.
Loading of raw materials.
Mixing paints and coatings.
Following step-by-step procedures.
Making manual adjustments.
Delivery of paint to filling lines.
Quality testing of products.
Assisting management with quality issues.
Use of FLT.
Ambassador of HSE.
Regular safety checks on equipment.
Regular checks on extraction systems.
