Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Doncaster to recruit a Paint Supervisor who will lead the paint line and a team of around 10 staff. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safe, efficient operation and delivering the required finish.

You will bring experience with industrial paint, coating or anodising processes, a clear understanding of process control, surface preparation and coating quality standards, and the ability to coach

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience with industrial paint, coating or anodising processes.
• Strong understanding of process control, surface preparation and coating quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop production teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operation and performance of the paint line.
• Lead a team of approximately 10, including shift leaders, operators and quality control staff.
• Coach, develop and motivate the team to build a engaged and accountable culture.
• Manage production plans to hit output, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Oversee paint and coating processes to ensure finish and quality standards are met.
