Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting two General Operatives for a paint line based in Leyland, Preston. The role involves working on a paint line, loading and unloading products, and maintaining safety and efficiency within a fast-paced production environment.

Rotating shifts (6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) with immediate starts and full training. Driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to shift patterns and transport options.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Load products onto the paint line.
• Unload finished products from the paint line.
• Safely handle materials throughout the production process.
• Support production targets and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
