G&P Quality Management is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the Paint Facility in Warwick. You will be responsible for production performance, quality, safety and environmental compliance, while driving continuous improvement and team development.

This temp-to-perm role offers a 4-day working week with Fridays off and an autonomous leadership position within a well-established manufacturing business.

Qualificações

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in paint/ automotive environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning and quality systems.
• Understanding of health & safety and environmental compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the paint facility, ensuring targets and schedules are met.
