Job summary

G&P Group in Woking is seeking experienced Paint Technicians to join a busy manufacturing environment on fixed shifts. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong paint background seeking a stable, long-term position.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Paint Refinishing or Vehicle Body Repair.
• Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing painting environments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Location: Woking, Surrey

(Fixed Shifts):

Days: 5:30am - 2:15pm

Afternoons: 2:45pm - 11:30pm

We’re currently recruiting experienced Paint Technicians to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a strong paint background looking for a stable role on a fixed shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing components and surfaces for paint application
• Mixing and applying paints and coatings to required specifications
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure high standards are met
• Maintaining paint equipment and work areas
• Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Paint Refinishing, Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent
• Previous experience within automotive, manufacturing or industrial painting environments
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
