Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with a health-related degree or equivalent experience.
- A Master's level qualification, prescribing, research or management qualification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as clinical expert and lead specialist nursing team.
- Lead and manage specialist/advanced nurse specialists.
- Develop services and improve quality of care in partnership with clinicians and managers.
- Manage staffing, skill mix, rotas, recruitment and performance development.
- Monitor standards and lead clinical audit and research activities.
