Job summary

Super Group is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to support the planning, execution, testing and reporting of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their media buying career with exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming verticals who wants to grow in performance marketing.

You will help drive faster decisions, smarter optimisations and stay ahead of platform changes with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Good understanding of KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag trends or opportunities.
• Compile and maintain campaign reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Perform basic optimisations under guidance (pause underperforming ads, adjust budgets, refresh creatives).
• Ensure accurate tracking and tagging (pixels, events, UTMs).
• Collaborate with creative, tracking and analytics teams to support campaign success.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats and best practices.

As our Paid Social Specialist, you’ll play a key part to support the execution, testing, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their media buying career who has exposure to iGaming, Nutra, Dating, or Gaming verticals and is eager to develop performance marketing expertise. What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• Assist with campaign setup and execution across paid social platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Support ad creative testing, audience testing, and budget pacing following predefined strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, issues, or opportunities
• Compile and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
• Perform basic optimisations (e.g., pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets, refreshing creatives) under guidance
• Ensure accurate tracking and tagging are in place (pixels, events, UTMs)
• Collaborate with creative, tracking, and analytics teams to support campaign success
• Stay up to date with platform updates, ad formats, and paid social best practices

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who brings:

• Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
• Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments
• Experience in paid social media buying or digital performance marketing
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Good understanding of key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR)
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Experience working in fast‑paced, performance‑focused environments
• Basic knowledge of tracking tools (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GTM)
• Exposure to international campaigns and multiple geographies
• Interest in growth marketing and paid user acquisition
