Paid Social Media Manager

Location: London Victoria or Newcastle

Full-time

Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 40 hours

Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be a crucial part of the Lead Generation team, responsible for managing digital campaigns, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. The role requires experience in and confidence to:

  • Take full ownership of all Display and Push Digital Campaigns
  • Design and implement tests to experiment with new strategies
  • Compile analyses to deliver improvements
  • Analyse digital campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Produce KPI reports for all digital campaigns
  • Execute, coordinate, optimize, A/B test, and troubleshoot large-scale digital campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments testing optimization theories
  • Build processes that feed offline conversion data into online campaigns
  • Conduct ad research and write ad copy, structure campaigns and ad sets
  • Review campaign performance daily across social, display, native, and programmatic platforms
  • Track and measure digital marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Test new video creatives and platform enhancements
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for targeted traffic and ROI
  • Work with the digital marketing team on cross-channel performance and budget allocation
  • Manage relationships with support teams and agencies
  • Explore new digital channels for expansion
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Group on latest technologies and strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience managing paid social, native, display, and/or programmatic campaigns with significant budgets
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of relational databases, Power BI/data visualization, and Python is a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and DoubleClick
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strategic, analytical, creative, and able to take calculated risks
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Copywriting skills are desirable
  • Reliable, autonomous, organized, and eager to learn
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment
  • High integrity and ability to inspire confidence
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus
