Base pay range

Joining as a Paid Social Manager, you will report to a Group Account Director and work directly with large scale enterprise clients as well as new scaleups.

The role

  • Build, optimise and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Work with the Technology team to create new bespoke solutions for our clients.
  • Have the ability to work across verticals (B2B, B2C, lead gen, finance, eCommerce).
  • Uncover insights and produce reports and commentary for our clients to improve KPIs. You will be working closely with large global companies and independent exciting scaleups.
  • You are going to be one of the first 30 employees outside of the directors, so you will have a large role in establishing agency practices, routines and operations.
  • Work directly with clients, building trust and relationships and representing the agency.

What we are looking for

  • Someone who has experience working with clients, owning accounts, and executing Paid Social strategies from strategy to execution
  • Someone who is proactive and naturally curious.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Platform knowledge - understanding of pixels, conversion events, and & full funnel approaches within platforms.
  • Understanding the role of paid social in the wider digital marketing mix, how it impacts / impacted by other channels
  • Comfortable with sharing media recommendations based on client needs
  • A keen eye for analysis, and ability to spot how macro and micro changes at the campaign, ad set, and ad level impacts performance
  • Has a Technical mind. You don’t have to know how to code, but if you have a natural desire to learn more about coding, you’ll probably work well here.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Someone who has or wants to manage and/or mentor junior team members.
  • University education is not a necessity for us. Equally, if you went down the academic path, that’s okay too. What we really care about is: are you passionate about the work you do & are you a natural problem solver?
