Job summary

Creative Resource in the Greater Manchester area is seeking a Paid Social Lead to manage campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn. This leadership role drives strategy, setup, budgeting, optimization and reporting for a portfolio of clients, with close collaboration to client services and other department leads.

You will guide and develop an executive team and contribute to content production for paid and organic social, shaping the agency’s paid social offering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid social experience in an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Strong ability to interpret data, derive insights and present clear recommendations to clients.
• Experience integrating paid social with other channels and some familiarity with organic social creation.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn from strategy and setup to budget management.
• Lead optimization, analytics and reporting to support client objectives.
• Collaborate with client services and other leads to ensure integrated activity.
• Develop and guide the paid social offering with leadership support and contribute to content production.
