About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact across high-performing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The Paid Social Executive is part of the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team reporting into the Paid Social Manager/Lead. The Paid Social Executive will be responsible for delivering, optimising and reporting on all paid social campaigns, across the entire business portfolio.

As a Paid Social Executive, you will;

• Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and others
• Help with building campaigns, selecting targeting, uploading creatives, and writing ad copy
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and flag any issues or opportunities for optimisation
• Assist in pulling weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support A/B testing efforts for audiences, creatives, and messaging
• Keep up to date with platform updates and best practices
• Stay organised and maintain campaign tracking processes

• 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience (agency or in-house), or a relevant internship
• A passion for digital marketing and social media
• Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Data-curious – comfortable working with numbers and learning how to analyse performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
