Paid Social Executive, 12-month fixed-term contract (up to £30,000 depending on experience)

About the role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive to support the day-to-day management of our paid social media campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and impact high-performing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The Paid Social Executive will be part of the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team, reporting to the Paid Social Manager/Lead. Responsibilities include delivering, optimizing, and reporting on all paid social campaigns across our business portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Assisting in the setup, execution, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
  2. Building campaigns, selecting targeting, uploading creatives, and writing ad copy.
  3. Monitoring campaign performance daily and flagging issues or opportunities for optimization.
  4. Pulling weekly and monthly performance reports.
  5. Supporting A/B testing for audiences, creatives, and messaging.
  6. Keeping up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
  7. Maintaining organized campaign tracking processes.
Minimum requirements:
  • 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience (agency or in-house) or relevant internship.
  • A passion for digital marketing and social media.
  • Basic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Data curiosity and comfort working with numbers and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, proactive work ethic.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English.
