As Paid Social Executive, you’ll take ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta and emerging platforms for a fast‑growing brand with ambitious growth targets. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, with full ownership of strategy and execution
  • Evaluate and expand into new platforms including TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Develop testing strategies across bidding, targeting and creative elements
  • Create digital assets for campaigns using templates, tools and agency partners
  • Lead continuous A/B testing across ad formats, copy, media types, audiences and landing pages
  • Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and commercial recommendations
  • Present clear, commercially relevant reports to both digital specialists and senior leadership
  • Stay ahead of platform developments and industry trends
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of marketers who genuinely want to learn and grow together
What You’ll Need to Apply
  • Experience in a similar paid media or digital marketing role (agency or in‑house background).
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus.
