Job summary

We are seeking a Paid Social & Display Specialist for our Southampton Store Support Office. The role is part-time (2 days a week) with hybrid working and a pro rata salary up to £38,950.

You will support setup, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, and DSPs, helping drive performance and insights for internal teams and suppliers. • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager or Pinterest Ads.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Comfortable analysing data with Excel or similar tools.
• Eager to learn and work well in a team.
• Interest in retail/ecommerce and retail media.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid social and display campaigns
• Assist in managing campaign activity across platforms including Meta, Pinterest, and DSPs
• Monitor campaign performance and highlight any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Help prepare post-campaign reports and performance summaries for internal teams and suppliers
• Coordinate with creative and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Assist with compiling briefs for new creative assets and contribute ideas based on campaign performance
• Respond to internal and supplier briefs, supporting the development of campaign proposals and media plans
• Keep track of key trends in digital and retail media to help inform testing and innovation
• Support with supplier campaign tracking, budget monitoring, and administrative tasks

What We Need

• 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to paid social or display advertising
• Basic understanding of digital platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or display tools
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Comfortable working with data and using Excel or other reporting tools
• Eager to learn, proactive, and enthusiastic about digital media and advertising
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Interest in retail, ecommerce, and the evolving retail media landscape
