B&Q Limited in Southampton Store Support Office is seeking an Assistant Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month FTC to support forecasting and replenishment and manage stock flow for selected product ranges. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the office, and involves creating DC store inputs, raising and tracking orders, and running reports to improve availability.

You will collaborate with the supply chain team, manage vendor relations, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

RolePurpose:To support theSupply Chainfunction with theday to daymanagement of theend to endsupply of specified product range(s), managing the stock flow plan either through automated system replenishment or push allocations. Youwillassistwith the forecast of stockrequirements andmanaging stock/product flow whilstmaintainingcorrect store and DistributionCentrestock levels to service demandin order toensure availability and stock targets are achieved.

• Manage order proposals produced by the forecasting and replenishment system

• Create the Distribution Centre (DC) store and on-line inputs of products.

• Ensure orders are raisedin a timely manner.

• Amend orders and ensure all systems are aligned with the correct data.

• Log all orders raised, amended,shippedand received into DC.

• Run reports as requested by Stock Team on order management and product flow.

• Manage our international and domestic Vendors ensuring compliance with our requirements.

• Run reports at request from Supply Chain Analysts as and whenrequired.

• Support the Supply Chain Analysts in all Import/Domestic related administrative tasks.

• Review and challenge processes and procedures (internal and external).

• Train team members in correct usage of procedures,processesand documentation.

• Ensure information is keyed accurately and meets required deadlines.

• Use the tools and reports available to manage store replenishment, (including blocking replenishment as required)

• You maybe requiredto undertake other duties from time to time as we mayreasonablerequire.
