Job summary

IG Group is seeking a hands-on Paid Social and Display Executive to drive customer acquisition across UK & EMEA. You will manage campaigns on Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok, while leveraging programmatic display to reduce CAC and increase first trades.

A strong data intuition and comfort with AI-driven reporting are essential. You will collaborate with the CDP, data teams, and Celtra for dynamic creative production, and expand Looker Studio dashboards to provide timely performance

Qualifications

At least 1 year hands-on paid social or display experience.
Experience on Meta and at least one other platform (Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
Hands-on display/programmatic experience (DV360) or willingness to learn.
Understanding of CDP-based audience targeting and first‑party data.
Experience with CM360 tracking and Conversions API.
Ability to use AI tools to automate reporting.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimise paid social and display campaigns across Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and programmatic display platforms.
Report on performance against CAC and FT targets with analysis of what drives results.
Support audience segmentation using IG’s CDP and first‑party data.
Assist with pixel/conversion tracking and CM360 tag setup.
Develop AI-assisted workflows and dashboards to speed up insights.
