Job summary

IG Group is seeking an experienced Paid Social Executive to drive customer acquisition across Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and TikTok for UK & EMEA markets. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimise CAC, and collaborate with CDP and analytics teams to turn data into action.

The role requires hands-on media buying, testing across formats, and a strong appetite for AI-assisted reporting. A background in fintech or financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on paid social or display experience.
• Experience managing budgets on Meta and other platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok.
• Experience with display/programmatic platforms (DV360) or ability to learn quickly.
• Understanding of CDP activation and first-party audiences.
• Familiarity with CM360 tracking and Conversions API (CAPI).
• Ability to build AI-assisted reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise paid social and display campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage day-to-day pacing, budgets, and bidding to reduce CAC and grow first trade volumes.
• Ensure tracking (CM360, floodlight, CAPI) is implemented and QA’d.
• Build Looker Studio dashboards and AI-powered insights.
• Collaborate with CDP, data teams, and Celtra for dynamic creatives.
• Run structured test-and-learn programs across formats and audiences.
