Job summary

Rutherford Briant Recruitment is seeking a hands-on digital marketing executive to own paid social activity across the group, translating business objectives into campaigns that generate leads and drive conversions.

You will plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns with a Meta-first approach, collaborating on ad copy, monitoring metrics like cost per lead and ROAS, and leveraging uncapped commission to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong targeting, optimisation and performance measurement skills.
• Experience with budgets and data-led decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing, retargeting and conversion tracking.
