Overview

We’re hiring a Search Account Manager to help shape Paid Search strategy, turning data, technology and smart thinking into meaningful results.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day activity across Google and Bing while working closely with the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. It’s a role where analytical thinking meets creativity, with plenty of scope to influence strategy, strengthen client relationships and support others in developing their Paid Search expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Paid Search activity across Google and Bing, delivering accurate, high-quality campaigns and optimisations.
• Turn performance data, consumer behaviour and wider industry trends into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the Account Director to develop the strategic and innovation roadmap, identifying opportunities to strengthen performance.
• Connect Paid Search with relevant platforms, data sources and channels, including Google Merchant Center, Search Ads 360 and Adobe.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, media owners, technology partners and teams across the agency, keeping everyone aligned on priorities.
• Create insightful weekly, monthly and business-review reporting that brings performance to life and identifies opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Support and develop colleagues through mentoring, training, clear workflow management and thoughtful career-development conversations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Paid Search activity, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing and analytics technologies.
• An analytical approach, with the confidence to work with data, identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and useful for different audiences.
• Experience building positive client relationships and managing day-to-day communications, expectations and priorities.
• An organised approach to managing workloads, deadlines, campaign accuracy, account finances and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting or managing colleagues, with a collaborative approach to mentoring and professional development.
• Curiosity about digital media, technology and consumer behaviour, combined with a practical approach to solving problems and exploring new opportunities.
