Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search to lead Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and broader paid acquisition. The role involves strategy, budget ownership and driving commercial results across international markets, with a remote-first setup and occasional travel to align with teams.

You’ll work with the Head of Performance Marketing to strengthen tracking, test new channels, and scale high-potential opportunities using data-driven methods and AI-enabled tools

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience in an international setting with budgets and measurable results.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong experience with Microsoft Advertising.
• Data-driven approach with measurement, testing, and commercial judgment.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and ROI across multiple markets.
• Experience with media planning and performance forecasting.
• Experience launching and evaluating paid channels beyond search.
• Ability to set direction and influence colleagues while staying close to execution.
• Experience using AI and automation with prudent verification.

Responsabilidades

• Set the paid search strategy across multiple markets including US, UK, Germany and growth markets.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, coordinating with teams and partners.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms and markets.
• Measure performance against CAC, conversion, revenue and ROI using data and platform reports.
• Build a testing roadmap for keywords, audiences, creative, feeds and landing pages to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative and analytics to strengthen tracking and customer journey.
• Leverage AI tools and automation while ensuring health claims remain accurate.
