Hilo by Aktiia seeks a Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social to own our paid social strategy across major markets. You will align campaigns with business outcomes, improve conversions and ROI, and ensure health messaging accuracy.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive scalable growth. In a remote-first setup, you’ll work from Europe with fluent English and German.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Strong creative strategy skills with proven ad performance.
• Data-driven approach to testing, measurement and decision-making.
• Experience improving conversion rates and ROI.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid social strategy across US, UK, Germany and other growth markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on research and data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimization across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journey and conversion rate.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and ROI; drive decisions.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal teams to ensure accuracy of health messaging.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, set priorities and ensure quality execution.
