Job Description:

Central Employment is working with an expanding Performance Marketing Agency in Newcastle, recruiting a data-focused Paid Search Executive.

Location: Newcastle, based 3 days a week

Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE + role and personal development opportunities

Paid Search Executive Responsibilities:

• Manage Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns across their full lifecycle
• Onboard new PPC accounts following the Business Development team's process
• Optimize existing campaigns to meet client targets
• Restructure campaigns for better performance
• Monitor account performance and implement improvements

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2-3 years of dedicated Paid Search experience
• Experience working within a PPC Agency
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, and Shopping campaigns
• Experience creating new account structures and strategies based on client offerings
• Experience managing multi-channel accounts with various ad technologies
• Feed optimization skills for shopping feeds
• Experience integrating Google Ads and Analytics for tracking and reporting
• Ability to produce performance reports (monthly and ad hoc)
